Directions for use: Fill the included reusable bag about (2/3) full, then tie it and add it to a warm bath. Relax for (15-30) minutes to ensure body absorption of minerals and then rinse off with lukewarm water. When finished, empty the bag, then rinse it with water and let it dry for future use
